Project Scope

The Eirlys project includes the design of a 25’-0” x 25’-0” detached carport with:

• 6x6 Hardiboard-wrapped wood posts at 8’-1” height

• Black standing seam metal roofing over OSB and felt underlayment

• A 5:12 pitched roof with 1’-0” overhang and vented aluminum soffits

• 4” concrete slab foundation with 6” turndown edge and perimeter footings

• Compliance with all relevant building and energy codes

• Setbacks of 5’-0” on sides and rear, 10’-0” at the front

• Site grading with 5% slope for drainage away from the house
