Project Scope

The Kura project includes the complete design of a two-level residence centered on livability, privacy, and environmental connection. The architectural program includes:

• Open-concept great room, kitchen, and dining area with large sliding glass doors

• Private master suite wing with luxury bath and walk-in closet

• Three additional bedrooms, one of which may serve as a flexible office space

• Outdoor pool with direct visual and physical access from the main living area

• Covered balcony and rear patio for extended outdoor use
