Plan Set Design Pricing

Minimum Fee

$2,000 Drafting Only
$2,750 w/ Engineering
We have a minimum fee for all projects outside of our Portfolio Revision/Remodel services.

House Plan Drafting

$1.70 / Sq. Ft. Drafting
$0.55 / Sq. Ft. Structural Engineering
House plan design from start to finish for house plans and additional designs as requested.

Commercial / Design Contracts

$1.75 / Sq. Ft.
$1.55 / Sq. Ft. min. Engineering
Commercial design/drafting for subdivisions is on a contractual, project to project basis.
