Project Overview

This project involved the drafting and material planning for a proposed single-family residence. Evolution Drafting completed the full architectural drafting and produced a detailed construction material takeoff to support accurate bidding. The materials list included framing, structural components, finishes, and quantified items needed for estimating. This deliverable gave the contractor a clear, reliable breakdown to price the build confidently and plan ahead.
