The Lysmar project covers a 5,000 sq ft single-family house with a strong focus on livability and design coherence:

• 2,400 sq ft main floor open-concept living, kitchen, and sitting areas

• Walk-in pantry and stairs connecting to the basement level

• Primary suite with large walk-in closet and private bath linked to laundry

• Additional bedrooms with private baths for guest comfort

• Basement with an extra bedroom, open multi-use area, half bath, and utility room

• Barndominium-style exterior with stone, vertical siding, and metal roofing
