The goal was to create a spacious, single-level residence suited to both quiet living and active entertaining, with ample room for family, guests, and storage. The Nova project encompasses the full design and construction of a new 5,870-square-foot home under roof, including:

• 3,873 square feet of conditioned living space

• 872-square-foot attached garage

• 1,125 square feet of covered outdoor living space

Key program elements include:

• A 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom layout with generous circulation

• Open-concept great room with integrated dining and kitchen

• Dedicated office, pantry, mudroom, and storm shelter

• Dual walk-in closets and a luxury bath within the master suite

• Large front porch and covered rear patio for outdoor enjoyment

• Saltwater pool with adjacent pool room and storage area

• Structural and mechanical systems designed for long-term efficiency and resilience

Challenges Addressed
