Overview
Nova is a custom single-story residence that blends rustic charm with modern practicality in a spacious rural setting. With its textured stone façade, steep metal roof, and symmetrical gabled form, the home offers a grounded, enduring aesthetic. Inside, expansive open-concept spaces flow seamlessly into the outdoors through large-format windows and glass doors, fostering a strong indoor-outdoor connection. The layout prioritizes comfort, function, and longevity—featuring spacious communal zones, private bedroom suites, and a rich suite of amenities designed for everyday living and relaxed entertaining.
Client Type
Nova was designed for residents seeking a long-term, multifunctional home that balances everyday comfort with recreational potential. The goal was to create a spacious, single-level residence suited to both quiet living and active entertaining, with ample room for family, guests, and storage. Priorities included open gathering areas, private retreats, and seamless integration of indoor and outdoor spaces—all within a durable, low-maintenance envelope that reflects a grounded, natural aesthetic.
Project Scope
The Nova project encompasses the full design and construction of a new 5,870-square-foot home under roof, including:
3,873 square feet of conditioned living space

Key program elements include:
A 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom layout with generous circulation
Open-concept great room with integrated dining and kitchen
Dedicated office, pantry, mudroom, and storm shelter
Dual walk-in closets and a luxury bath within the master suite
