Solano is a thoughtfully designed two-story duplex-style residence that combines modern urban living with practical multi-family functionality. Featuring durable materials such as stucco, vinyl windows, and aluminum trim, the design integrates open-plan kitchens and living spaces with three bedrooms and two bathrooms per unit. The covered decks extend living areas outdoors, supported by structural posts and topped with a pitched asphalt shingle roof. Solano balances efficiency, livability, and community, creating a dynamic yet comfortable urban dwelling.

Solano is crafted for multi-family living or rental use in an evolving urban neighborhood, targeting residents who value efficient layouts and shared amenities. Project Scope

The Solano project encompasses a 1,397 square-foot duplex residence with two separate units, each offering 1,155 square feet of heated living space plus a shared 44-square-foot laundry area. Key architectural elements include:

• Open-concept kitchens and living rooms

• Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms per unit

• Covered decks for outdoor living

• Stucco exterior with aluminum soffits and fascia

• 2x6 exterior framing, slab foundation, and 5:12 pitched roof

• Mini-split mechanical systems and city utility connections

• Compliance with 2018 IRC, mechanical, plumbing, fire, energy, and 2017 NEC codes
