• A 2,761-square-foot layout with open-concept living and dining spaces

• A private master suite and flexible bedroom/office options

• Seamless indoor-outdoor transitions with large windows and sliding doors

• Modern Japanese-inspired detailing with stucco, wood siding, and stone

• Durable, low-maintenance materials including a standing seam metal roof
